A posting from St Cirq on the Delphi/pbprovence forum:

...our trips are not pro bono. We spent four days at my house in the Dordogne, one day traveling to Provence, and are spending four days at Patricia's house. In each place we go to the market one day, design a menu based on local seasonal foods, and PB and I give a cooking lesson and prepare a communal meal. One night in each place, we cook for our guests. In between, we visit local sights, andi n each place we go out for dinner twice. The tours are designed to be very flexible. This morning, for example, we had planned to visit Glanum, but our guests decided they wanted to sleep in and laze around, so that's what we're doing. This afternoon we will tour Aigues-Mortes.

Yes, we plan to do more of these tours - both culinary and other types, all for profit.

I must say we could not have ended up with a better group of people. It has been more fun than I could possibly have imagined.
