Wish me luck please
My sinuses have been burning for about three days. My flight to Paris leaves in less than five hours. I'm hoping its just allergies, and not anything serious. I have a stuffy, runny nose and no other symptoms. I'm hoping the air in Paris will be the cure.

Could use some good wishes please!

take some toffees or something to suck on the plane to receive the pressure on your sinuses; whether it's an allergy or a cold, they can be very painful with changes of pressure.

A stuffed-up nose can give you a bad headache on take-off and landing. Take some antihistamine now.

Good luck! With those kinds of sinus problems, I routinely use saline nasal spray before and during the flight. It seems to help.

Go get some Flonase at the drugstore now. Non prescription. Nasalcort is good also for sinus allergies.

Drink some whisky.
Have sex.
Eat a lot.
Smoke some.
Some of it it seems to be working for me, but which ?
Travel safely.
