We are leaving on May 17- and will be in Rome - May 18-22; Florence - May 22-25; Sienna - May 25-27; Capri - May 27-30; then back to Rome for 1 night before our flight back home.

TO: RICHARD BLOOMFIELD - we will be in Sienna at the same time - where are you staying? We are travelling with another couple, and this our first time to Italy. We leave a month from today and I can't wait.

We're going to be in Rome from the 20th to the 27th of May. I've never been in May and think it will be a lovely time to be there.(Although,I'll go any chance I get!)

Hmmm, it seems while we?re all in Italy, only a couple of people will be in the same place at the same time. Helen, I?ll be in Florence the 24th for 3 nights. I?d love to get together for drinks or dinner, but after going over our schedule (2 and ? full days of sightseeing), I?m not sure we?ll have the time. We?re planning to get in as much as we can and I?m planning on dinner around 8pm, if all goes well. Please keep me in mind. Maybe drinks one night? We?re staying at Hotel Guelfa on via Guelfa.

If anyone else wants to post their dates/locations, maybe we can come up with a get together.

Hi all,
We will be in Rome (May 12-16) and Venice (May 16-19). I have two ideas for getting together.

In Rome, we are going to a restaurant called "Ciceruacchio" on May 13th. It's billed as dinner with entertainment. My impression is that the performers wander around entertaining the guests as they enjoy dinner.

In Venice, we are hoping to see a Bach concert at Teatro de La Fenice on May 18th (if tickets are still available). Perhaps after the show we could meet outside and head someplace for a drink.

Well, you know where we will be...hope to see you there!

Free Concert In Rome At the Circo Massimo 05/16:

We are the future - Free
Stevie Wonder, Alicia Keys, Herbie Hancock, Cheb Khaled, Dave Matthews, Youssou n'Dour, The Corrs, Natalie Cole: these are just some of the artists that will take part in the huge concert at Circo Massimo on the occasion of the Third Glocal Forum. The concert, which will be introduced by Rome's mayor Walter Veltroni and the organiser Quincy Jones, will be broadcast worldwide.

Leaving tomorrow 5/3-5/20 maybe I'll see you there!

Eileen
