Who's going to Europe in September 2010? What's your airfare?

Unfortunately, I'm not going anywhere soon, but you can research this more scientifically for yourself by using a hidden feature on Kayak that tells you what others are paying from your home airport to Europe for any month you care to look up:

>I forgot to ask in my OP WHEN.....<
February for an Oct trip.
I have found that the very far in advance prices on Delta are the lowest they will get (except for the very occasional one day sale). Since I fly in/out ATL I am pretty much stuck with them.

ira, I'm stuck with Delta also. I am almost 200 miles from DFW and 200 miles from Houston, so Shreveport is the only departure. Delta and American fly from there. American is usually 25-30% higher in price than Delta out of Shreveport. Also, I get Delta miles on my business American Express, so I can fly on frequent flier miles. But I have had major bad luck with Delta.

CUrrently finding:
MIA -> AMS and BRU-> MIA on Delta for $930. 9/1 departure.
Price has dropped $50 in the last week and plane is empty. Hoping it stays low for another 2 weeks or so when I am ready to purchase.

We have always had points and this year had to buy tickets.
DH only wanted to go if we could fly home Business class because he didn't think his arthritic body could do otherwise.
We are going economy, it is a shorter trip and at night and somehow that makes it a bit easier. We cringed but just did it and purchased our tickets.
MEM to EWR
EWR to ZUR
MUN to Chicago (code?)
CH to MEM
$2008.00 pp
Purchased two to three weeks ago with Continental.
Delta was more than $1,000 higher.
The price both ways for economy was close to $900.
So, don't know if this is good or bad, but done.

Ira, I think ATL is not a gateway city...at least the prices say so to me.
My friends had points for BusinessClas on Virgin, and departed from Dulles.
She used points.
Me. I slog through cattle.
I am trying to wait to see if London will be cheaper in a fortnight.

"free" with points but with taxes over $600 for two of us in economy--$30 per tic to select seats (is this new with BA?)

Keith and I are going to Switzerland at the END of August, so not September but close.
We are flying Delta JFK to Zurich. RT.
The tickets were $700 a piece. Economy Class.
I bought the tickets in February thru Expedia via kayak.com.
