Which train stations Paris to Strasbourg?

Which train stations Paris to Strasbourg?
Well,
We are off on another trip and once again turn to the great minds at Fodors.
I am looking at buying our train tickets from Paris to Strasbourg online. Right now the Prems are listed for our dates, only I am not familiar with the train stations.
Can anyone help me with the names of the stations?
When I go online, you have the option of picking which station to depart and arrive to/from. I assume Strasbourg only has 1 main station?
We are staying in the 5th in Paris if that matters.

. The Strasbourg train station is just "Strasbourg Gare."

A high speed train is soon to start running from Strasbourg to Paris, you might want to look into it.
The regular express train takes about five hours and I must say that I enjoyed the countryside views.

What site are you using?
www.voyages-sncf.com shows 29E PREMS fares only from Gare l'Est to Strasbourg Gare.

Thanks for the replies.
Yes, Ira going on the sncf site I see PREMS for our dates in May.
They are listed for the TGV as well as the Corail trains. I think the TGV might be a little more enjoyable.
What do you think?

It took us about 10 minutes by taxi from our hotel on Blvd. St. Michel, in the 5th, to Gare l'Est. Cost 8 euro. We had the hotel phone them for us and it was a straight shot to the station from our hotel.

The TRV leaves at 07:50 so I assume we should arrive 20-30 minutes ahead of time. Is this pushing it?
And yes, this is our first visit to Strasbourg. We are actually spending four days in Alsace.

We took the TGV from Strasbourg to Paris Est, and it was very comfortable with nice views. I advise buying first class. It costs just a little extra, but it is so worth it!
Strasbourg is really nice. We stayed at Hotel Regent Petite France in La Petite France quarter of Strasbourg, and we recommend it! Strasbourg's station is undergoing renovations now, and it's a big mess. I don't buy advance tickets for trains. I like to buy the tickets there. You never know what could happen with your itinerary. For example, our trip was delayed by 2 days due to a severe blizzard in our area. I had to replan the train trips and was glad I had not pre-purchased the tickets. I always print out the train schedules from the internet before I go. It really helps.

The TGV service will sart only the 10 June. Until this date you have soem TGV trains serving the line but at 'standard' speed. The Teoz trains you can still find on the line are perfectly confortable (even a bit more than the TGV since they are designed for longer travels)

I was hoping to take a daytrip from Paris to Strasboug in June, but only if I can take the new high-speed train. What are the chances that services will actually start up as scheduled on June 10. While I love France, my experience has been that deadlines seem not to be hard and fast. I'm hoping that this one will be!

This deadline will be met, since the line has already been inaugurated with much pomp, and the official world speed record runs will take place in April. The only things that might not be 100% ready are the finishing touches on the train stations. But places like Avignon-TGV operated while looking like a construction zone for six months after the southern line was completed.

I purchased my tickets tonight on the sncf website for May 16th and it says on the tickets TGV, Paris to Strasbourg.
Just wondering if this will be the train or not.
The time listed is just under 4 hours between cities.
Still could not beat the price of 102 Euros for 3 first class tickets even if it doesnt turn out to be.

That's the current TGV time. In June, it will take about 2 hr.
