Which station does the TGV from Avignon pull into?

Assuming you are going to central Paris the TGV will arrive at Gare de Lyon. Some trains go direct to CDG airport. And of course some trains go the other way.

It also pulls into Marseille Saint Charles from Avignon - it would indeed have helped to give the destination.

It comes into Perpignan central station, but you have to change at Valence.
