which hotel: Nazionale or Caesar House?

I wonder if anyone is familiar with both hotels and which of the two would be a better choice?? We like to walk.

I haven't stayed at either, so I can only speak about the locations.

If the Nazionale is the one on Piazza Montecitorio, then I would definitely go for that one.

You may like to walk, but from the Nazionale the Vatican in one direction and the Colosseo in the other would be your longest walks.

From Caesar House, you'd have that long walk before you even got to the historical center, where most of the points of interest are as well as the widest range of restaurants.

Might be better to say "thanks" here - - and push this posting to the top, rather than your "other one"...

Better to keep this question at the top than the new re-post...

We loved staying at the Hotel Nazionale a Montecitorio on Piazza Montecitorio! (There are 2 other Italian hotels with similar names by the way. Is this the one you mean?) Great location, you can walk to lots of sites plus good restaurant on atmospheric piazzas. Classy hotel with good breakfast buffet. Nice but not over-the-top.
