I took the Rabbies 5-day Discover Wales tour this past October.

Were you able to take the tour in April, or was it postponed?
In case this helps at all - I asked Rabbies to book my accommodation. I can heartily recommend Bodalwyn B&B in Aberystwyth and I heard good things from fellow travellers about the Glengower in Aberystwyth.
In Tenby I can report that Myrtle House B&B is a "perfectly OK" place to stay. Really lovely people running it but if I'm back in Tenby some day I'll try another place.

I love North Wales: for the castles, Snowdonia and to hear Welsh spoken on the streets. But you really would need a car and more time than you have. I'd suggest a day or overnight trip to the coast of Antrim, including Belfast if you have time.

Motorgirl - I'm not the OP but if i can be excused for butting in by April the UK had locked down so although kmbtravel would have been able to enter the country without difficulty [we only introduced quarantine about a week ago, after several herds of horses had bolted] s/he would have had nowhere to stay. I hope s/he makes it back here next year.

The current situation is very uncertain in England. Make sure you take all the precautions before travelling. Not all public transports are in place. London is not in its full shine yet and pubs and hotels are still not opened. So you would not enjoy it fully. If you are still planning to come, make sure you know the area where your would-be staying like the neatest underground station, walking distance, London travel zone etc. You would also need to know your postcode very well just in case you lost somewhere as everything is based on the postcode.
