Where to stay in Tuscany? Prefer Agritourism / Villa

Hello,

We are a family of four (kids 10 & 13) and looking for a place to call home for 3 nights in June. We prefer a traditional setting, preferably as part of an agriturismo or villa.

Thank you!

We found that most villa rentals were for a minimum of a week, Sat to Sat.

Tuscany encompasses nearly 9000 square miles, so it might help to know what general area in Tuscany you're focused on.

if location doesn't matter, you can do a search on Booking.com. Under "Property Type," click on farm stays and villas.

https://www.agriturismo.it/en/ best place to start, I've never been let down by this site, however it is worth noting that some of these places are in the boondocks and if you have not ordered super a drive to a nearby town can be a pain so plan accordingly. Oh a pool is more important than aircon if you manage your shutters correctly and are prepared to sleep with your bedroom doors open.

We stayed at Podere Spedalone outside of Pienza several years ago and it was wonderful. We still order olive oil from them to be shipped to the U.S. You can read more about it in my Trip Report.

Absolutely loved Villa Le Torri.
Home - Villa le Torri
Gorgeous. Great rates. Rental only Sat to Sat for most of the year. Fabulous welcome feast on arrival Saturday for all who will be there that week. Wonderful!
