Hi Mimar - I JUST came across that place. It looks very quaint and calm with their little courtyard. You guys have for sure talked me into staying in a hotel.

The reason I wanted an apartment rental is because I tend to see hotels in busier areas and I was looking for the romance of quiet streets instead of the bustling streets with hoards of people and cars. I am sure if I look around more (and do a lot of Google street view) I can find somewhere off the beaten path, thats central, with a lot of cafes and bistros.

Thanks all!

Do yourself a favor and concentrate on the Postal Codes 75011 and 75012 - you'll have more of a neighborhood feel in these areas and less-expensive prices for small hotels.
