Where to go?

Where do you recommend I go between Spain (Barcelona) or Austria (Vienna)? I'm interested in good food and touristy sightseeing. Which place would be better for me?

I assume you mean a choice between those cities--I would pick Barcelona.

Definitely Vienna!
The city is full of excellent eating establishments. Try the Witwe Bolte for excellent traditional Austrian fare.
You can't beat this city for things to do and see. What are your interests for sightseeing and touristy things?

I think that Vienna has more museums, if that is your thing. For a contemporary equivalent of Barcelona's Gaudi, look up the Hundertwasser museum and his apartment complex. Take any streetcar line going north and you probably will see his gasworks cladding.
