All over Europe, as far north as Denmark, as far west as Portugal, as far east as Berlin and Vienna, south to Rome, and all over in between. Canada, both east and west. Mexico, all over. South America: Peru, Paraguay, Uruguay and Argentina (also Iguassu Falls in Brazil, but nowhere else in Brazil). I've been in 47 states of the U.S., all but North Dakota in the contiguous states.

I am desperate to go to Poland and Vietnam in the next year......David, Im very impressed that you have been to Gambia. My mother's cook is from that country.
