I live most of the year in Hong Kong. I have a house near Beynac, Dordogne where I spend as much time as possible. Have travelled throughout Europe/Asia/North America over the years. Great site-enjoyable reading.

Hello,
I live in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada. We have beautiful long autumns, warm summers, yucky springs and milder than the average Canadian winter. Halifax is also the world's largest natural harbour.
Here are some pictures of the area:

I grew up in the San Fernando Valley (L.A.) and moved to San Diego to attend college. I lived there for 10 yrs and then moved to Laguna Niguel, CA (Orange County) and have been here for almost 2 yrs.
I have traveled to Europe once (3wk tour) and will be going back to Italy this May. Most of my travel has been to the East Coast, Mexico, and the Carribean.

I was born in Chicago and have lived in Seattle, Albany, Willow Grove, Pa and now in Huntington,Long Island, New York. I met St. David in Honolulu, Hawaii and he has been to many more places than I, a good bit courtesy of his Uncle Sam. He has even been to the North Pole. We have made many trips to Europe, but find something new on Fodors all the time. Traveling is a wonderful experience and talking to others on this forum with the same passion is a delight.

I live in Houston where it's Hot. I was born in Manchester UK where it Rains and have lived in London Longtime and Japan which was Joyful but is not on the Europe thread. Spend lotsa time in Italy/Greece. Haven't seen too many tourist requests for Houston, wonder why not, maybe I should look on the USA thread. Hmm.

I suppose I have to write something in this post
I live in Castellón, Spain where I was born.
I'm sure I have not travelled as much as most people here (Spain, South of France, Italy , Lisbon and London) but I feel very happy when I can help anyone and at the same time get help for my travels
I also practise my English and specially learn some language that you don't find in the academic texts

Paris, France.
Currently (at 4:25 AM) the weather is slightly overcast with a temperature of about 68° F. The weather has been extremely hot lately; into the 90s during the day (the normal highs for June are in the low 70s). My tiny air conditioner was not designed for such high temps and so the heat in the apartment has awakened me early (it's cooler outside, but Parisian apartments heat up a lot faster than they cool off). Usually the weather at this time of year is beautiful, but the past few years have been increasingly hot; the effects of global warming are undeniable in Paris.
