What would Flonase be called in Paris?

I read an earlier post saying that you could buy Flonase without a prescription, and for much less in Paris. What would it be called, and is it over the counter? I wouldn't mind picking some up.

Le Flonase. Seriously.

But if you want something generic, you can ask for "propionate de fluticasone en vaporisateur nasal" or "un corticostéroïde administré par voie nasale pour le traitement des allergies, comme le Flonase"

Doesn't ANYBODY use google for this kind of stuff?...

"Flonase® and Flovent® are the proprietary names in United States and Canada and known in Europe as Flixonase® and Flixotide®"

FWIW, my friend who works for GlaxoSmithKline says that in Europe, Flonase is also (perhaps informally, not legally?) known as Flonase.
