What would Caledonian Sleeper cost if we have Britrail pass...
Wondering if anyone knows off hand - if we have a two non-consecutive day Britraill pass and want to do the Caledonian Sleeper, how much will the supplement be?
Also, if we do the Britrail pass, is there any cost advatage over purchasing now versus closer to trip (still about three months away)
Thank you in advance!

Fares, information & online tickets for the Caledonian Sleeper trains from London to Edinburgh, Glasgow, Inverness, Aberdeen, Fort William, Stirling ...
www.seat61.com/CaledonianSleepers
Great info and good folks to help you.
Point to point in advance CAN save.
Unless training relentlessly daily pass
almost always a rip off due to base pass/day cost
plus surchareges plu shipping costs. Ceapest for me to
hop on regional train like local eurocheapo.com hotel,
Good luck!

Will you please stop advertising eurocheapo
As for OP, check the Bargain Berths on the Caledonian Sleeper website as they are cheaper than using a day of your pass plus the £40 supplement.

Thank you so much for your input. We are not going to do the Britrail pass at this point. I'm very thankful we were able to snag bargain berths for the Caledonia Sleeper (there were only 9 left for the whole of the month we will be there - we took four. People weren't kidding when they said there were a limited number!)
So we will be going to Inverness overnight! We all are a little skeptical - almost seems like too good a deal to be true, but have decided to view it as an adventure. The reviews seem to be much more positive than negative. I've already been in communication with ScotRail and they are going to try to make sure we end up in adjoining berths, not sharing a room with a stranger.
