Nina - Since you are a speaker of menu French - one of my favorite dialects <g> - and lots of nouns, I don't think you'll have problems understanding "le petit Lebey des bistrots parisiens." It's fairly intuitive and uses a casserole rating system - none to three with different bistrot categories, such as "traditionnel, regional, moderne, etc."

It's a gem of a bistro guide.

Thanks for the new names. I will definitely look for them when I am in Paris, as judging by the titles, they are in French.

I got the Time Out, Rosa Jackson yesterday. When I get a new restuarant guide, I read it with the anticipation of a great novel. I like comparing the various reviewers.
