flanneruk!! You strike again!! Yet adding another dimension to this family trip!! I can't believe Leonardo is in Oxford!! We just spent 2 hours on him yesterday! How cool is that????? Yes, so we will be in Oxford NOT Cambridge...

I have spent so much overtime haggling all the details of our London time that I've really on planned on going to Warwick for our last 5 days...and just winging it..but I really need to plan the right day to hit the Leonardo exhibit! How wonderful! Thanks again!! I think we will take it easy our time in Bruern and do one day out to Warwick, one day out to Oxford and the rest just hanging close by walking the shops and hopefully getting a horseback riding day in. London will probably wear us out!

Thanks!
Tara

Since you'll be heading to Oxford, and this thread started about beer, be sure to find your way to the great, historic Turf Tavern:

My interest and enjoyment of good beers and ales, led me to this thread and, once again, this forum doesn't disappoint - I'm keeping notes for our next trip. Thanks to all the "experts" for so generously sharing their knowledge. I just had to say ..."I love Fodors"!!
