here is my list:

Fresh porcini grilled, basted with olive oil.

White truffles from my neighbor's land, shaved over homemade tagliatelli with butter.

Frittata made with Robiola and Carciofi (artichokes)

Carne Cruda (raw veal carpaccio servied with olive oil, coarse salt, and either shaved truffles, shaved fresh porcini, or shaved Parmasean).

Oh there are so many more. I am not a very good decision maker.

Gnocchi anywhere, Gelato in Florence, bruschetta and Spaghetti carbonara in rome.
Also, it is not technically a food but the lemon liquer we had in Capri was pretty nice.

Carpaccio Breasola.

The spincach ravioli and the gnocchi are great, too, and I've usually been very impressed with the grilled steaks.

Buon Appetito,

Put me in the gnocchi camp, as well. Also, I adore the veal in Venice.

Not the veal! The LIVER (Venetian style with onions and polenta, of course).

I think I need a cup of coffee.

REAL thin based pizza!

The authentic kind... not the rubbish you find in London or other countries where they use a silly deep pan.

No, I'm talking about the good stuff they make in Napoli! Mmmmm...
