What is the BALABUS(Bb) in Paris?

I posted a message under the heading 'Bus connection Paris' and got some terrific help but since then I have been studying my new Michelin map which has a list of every bus in Paris. I note that the Balabus goes from Gare de Lyon to La Defense.
Why does it not have a number? or is this the mysterious bus number 174 ?

The Balabus is a double decker tourist bus operated by the RATP that runs in the afternoon on Sundays and holidays during the summer.

Unlike those other double decker buses, the Balabus only requires a metro ticket to ride.

Oh, and the bus stops for the Balabus have a Bb on the sign rather than a number.

Many thanks Kerouac! It sounds like a fun ride with a view.
I see it only starts at 12h30 and runs until 20h30 but takes in a hell of a lot of places of interest.
Now I'm looking at the La Traverse de Charonne(boucle)which runs in a round trip from Gambetta.
Please if you would be so kind, confirm these times in English:

De 7h30 a` 20h30 du lundi au samedi et de 8h a` 20h30 les dimanches et jours feries.

There are several "Traverses" in Paris now. There is even one at Marx Dormoy. They are small buses connecting some of the rare areas too far from the metro.
