What is required photo size for Navigo Decouverte please
I'm now confused about the size for the photo. I thought it was 25mm wide by 30mm high but decided to check the website http://www.vianavigo.com/fileadmin/g...Decouverte.pdf. I could see no mention of size in this.
.
Pour être valable, le titulaire doit inscrire ses nom et prénom, coller sa photo (de face, tête nue, fond neutre, non utilisée, non scannée, non photocopiée) et apposer le rabat autocollant sur la Carte Nominative Transport.
but there was a post on this forum in Oct 2014 which said
"These are the instructions on the website:
<< coller une photo d’identité (de face, tête nue, fond neutre, 35x41mm, non utilisée, non scannée, non photocopiée)
apposer le rabat autocollant qui protège la photo.>>"
Another poster on the same thread translated the text as:
"To be valid, the owner must register their name, paste his photo (Front, bareheaded, neutral background, not used, not scanned, not photocopied) and affix the sticker on the flap Authorized Card Transport."
My question is:
Am I correct that the size is 25mm wide by 30mm high and not 35x41mm?
I'm keen to take the photo with me but need to be sure about the sizing.
Can anyone advise please?
Thanks

Nobody cares what size as long as it fits into the proper area for the photo. Scissors are often used in the final phase.

No one looks at the picture. It is simply to make the pass non-transferable. I cropped mine from a group shot and printed it on regular paper. In inches it is about 1" x 1 1/8". There is a sticky spot on the card where you place it. It is really a very simple process.

Thanks. I guess the question I'm really asking is what size is the area available for the photo. If my photo is too big only some of my wonderful face might show - could be a good thing! I'm capable of cropping and printing etc but need to know the size of the space. Is the space 25mmx30mm?
