Speaking of porcine products, has anyone ever been to Ile de Porquerolles?

No, capo, that was me being obsure (and probably dating myself). Taylor Pork Roll used to be a popular breakfast meat in Philadelphia/New Jersey (not sure if it was exclusive to that region or not) in the 1970s or so. . .

OMG~Taylor's Ham!!!I grew up on the stuff. My mother would slice it, fry it and then pour milk over it. Then again. there were fried taylor ham sandwiches on white bread with butter!

May I say, I also ate alot of SPAM in Jersey in the 50's. But, Taylor's Ham was a far better deal.
