Wedding in Venice Reception Suggestions

I am getting married in Venice in May of 2003.
My parents, who lived in Padua for many years, have suggested Antico Martini as they have fond memories there. I went to their website - and I was very put off to say the least. I think their terrace is lovely despite having no canal view, but they can only fit 60 of us there and I have 75.
I have looked at a few other options - none of the hotel restaurants will work for various reasons and so now I am racking my brain - or rather burning up the internet - in desperate search for a lovely, romantic outdoor restaurant (does not have to be canalside) which would be suitable for a large(ish) reception.
Does anyone have any ideas? I am less concerned with food than I am with atmosphere at this point.
I have heard of a place I Morozi - but can find no website or information.
Congratulations!!

I am sure that you will get a lot of good recommendations from this board. I've only been to Venice once, briefly, so I can't help from personal experience . . . but the idea just sounds so LOVELY that I couldn't resist & did a quick search on google just for fun.

I came up with several companies that can help arrange receptions in private palazzi in Venice - I'm not sure whether or not that interests you, but the pictures look fabulous! (All of the companies typically arrange a whole wedding for people, but each of them says that they can also just arrange the reception - and they can do restaurants & hotels, too).

http://www.wedding-in-venice.com/Eng/aboutus.htm

http://www.weddingsitaly.com/htm/home.html

http://www.venice-weddings.com/index.html

http://www.weddings-in-italy.net/information/veneto_venice.htm

Again, congratulations!!

Thanks so much Andrea - you're terribly sweet to have done research!
I have been researching this for about two weeks and those sites are the first ones I tried and seem to be the best.
my problem is that my parents are dead set on a restaurant - they seem to find it more traditional - i find it a huge hassle!
many thanks again - and thanks for your good wishes!!

I understand that the Cipriani has a lovely area for a wedding.
