What are you looking to do or see in Germany? What types of things do you like to do on vacation - small towns, big cities, museums, historical sights, restaurants, shopping, hiking, river cruises, etc.? Where are your other obligations?

Most people who have never been before do either the middle Rhine valley OR Berlin OR some of the Bavarian cities + Munich. Frankly Germany is a lot more than these but they are a path well trodden and in Germany a lot of English is spoken. I suggest you look into these three or a combination and come back to us when you have more questions. We will be happy to guide you further.
