VRBO #37031 Paris - Anyone stayed here?

Those of you who look at a lot of apartments have seen this one: its on rue Git-le-Coeur, the groovy web site, the one with the sliding door/rolling shutter separating the living room and bedroom.

So, have any of you stayed here or dealt with the owner? Looking forward to your comments - hope they're good, but be honest! Thanks.

It might be helpful to give the link to this web site. I doubt many people will recall VRBO #37031, even if they have been there.

The location is good the flat is fairly large. But the only place to sit appears to be the futon on the living room side. There is another upholstered chair in the bedroom area and you could probably move it into the living room.

The rent is a little on the high side but certainly in the ball park for the area.

I saw it a couple of years ago and was shocked to see how cramped it felt. Although the listing indicates the size, the impression I got from the photos was of a roomy space. It wasn't.

It is 40 sq meters (400+ sq feet) which is pretty large for what is essentially a studio. But the living room area is smaller than the bed area so I can imagine it would feel cramped for more than 2 people.
