I have no personal recommendation but suggest you start with a Google search for "Tuscany villa with cook/chef." You'll get several results including Parker, Air BnB, VRBO and others. You'll need to decide what part of Tuscany you want to be in.
As you're searching, keep in mind that finding a villa with 4 equal or semi-equal bedrooms may be difficult. If some in your group are kids, this may not be an issue. But if you are 4 couples, you'll have to think about who gets (and pays for) what.

All the villas I've rented could connect us with a chef for one or two dinners. If you want a chef every night, that might be more difficult.
If you're a group with more than one car and different ideas of what to see and do, not everybody will necessarily want to return to the villa for dinner on a given night. We always had a dinner on the last night, because every one came back early to pack and get ready to leave.
It will be hard to find villas with 4 equal bedrooms all with en suite bathrooms. If that's what expected by the group members.
