NYCTS, thanks for your poast that clarifies the matter.

I think people did "comprehend" Otzi's first post BUT don't agree with her/him (and that includes me). What Otzi should have learned from this lesson is "Be careful with multiple bookings and keep the track of your bookings well " insetad of saying "DON'T BOOK VENERE". Most people ARE happy with venere.

I've used Venere several times, no problems, after confirmation I take contact with the hotel directly, also as a 'reminder' , when they answer I know they have got my reservation.

Ive used Venere, they have been fine. They are really good for small hotels and B&Bs, no problems.
