Umbria - Italy

Hi,
This trip is sort of last minute so any advice would be great.
We're thinking of spending 5 days in Umbria, making Perugia the base.
From Perugia, we're venturing to Assissi, Gubbio, Spoleto and Terni (for the waterfall).
I'm into photography, hiking (not more than a day) and food. Have I missed out any town? I don't plan to drive.
Hurry, I'm leaving this weekend.

Try Narni...especially dining room of Alberghi (Hotel) Dei Priori in the centre of town, lovely meal, inventive chef, very reasonable.

How about Cortona? (Or is that Tuscany?) Either way it's nearby, - and it's lovely!

Norcia! Gorgeous, remote, few tourists. You can pick up a hiking map at the tourist info ofice in the center of town. Enjoy!
Patti
