It's pretty hard to answer that question without knowing the rest of your plans. Is this 3 days out of a 21-day "see all of Italy" tour? A weekend jaunt? Or what?
It's also very hard to judge what "enough" means to you without knowing what type of traveler you are, whether you've ever been there - or Italy - before, what types of places appeal to you, etc. Would it be "enough" for me? Never! But how would I know what's enough for you?

Tuscany is a very large province of Italy, covering many miles and including several cities. Foremost among them are Florence, Siena, Pisa, also Lucca, Arezzo, smaller cities/towns like Cortona, Pienza, Montepulciano, Montalcino, etc, etc.
You could do a search here, by putting the word "Tuscany" into the search box. Be careful to put in the spelling with one "N" to get the most results.
Aside from knowing how long you will be in Italy, it would help to know what your idea of Tuscany it: cities of art? beautiful countryside? hilltowns? wineries? Then there is the entire area of Chianti...
Tuscany covers just too much for much for three days. I go often and don't feel I've scratched the surface. What can you tell us about what you'd like to see and do?

No, three days would not be enough.
I don't think Tuscanlife meant to write that Tuscany is a "province." It's a region of Italy, and it contains quite a few provinces (Firenze, Siena, Lucca, Livorno, Arezzo, Prato, Pisa, Grosseto, Pistoia, Massa Carrara, and I may be missing some more).
