I will be in Turkey for 3 weeks later this year. I was wondering if anybody here could recommend a cheap low budget airline to Egypt.

Not sure from where in Turkey to where in Egypt, but there doesn't seem to be any budget carriers Turkey - Egypt. You may be able to pair up a couple of budget tickets though if savings is your objective over time. Through Germany seems a likely waypoint as some budget carriers such as Hapagfly (and it's variations) have a large number of flights to/from various German cities to both Turkey and Egypt destinations for lower prices.

I really would not mind any city in Turkey to any city in Egypt.
I'd need a schengen visa to visit Germany so I'm hesitant to go thru there. Of course, I need not stop there, but it could make it complicated.

Thy.com will give you more details. Direct Istanbul to Cairo. Also Egypt Air does fly. I know there are charters but I belive only operates for the tour groups.
