Trips to "Classical Turkey"

I am interested in finding a really good academic type/luxury type trip to the classical sites in Turkey. If given a choice will take the academic part before the luxury part. Prefer a smaller group that goes to Miletus, Ephesus, Troy, etc - the sites that were important back in the Greek/Roman times.

Any suggestions?

The Turkish have got their act together and from most resorts you can get cheap trips to all the historical sites for not very much money, booking the day before or earlier. Lots to see there.

Yes but I want to see many of the sites that are not close to one another - that will definitely need a tour to get you around to them.
