We used Credo Tours for a trip to Turkey several years ago and
were very pleased. The company has several standard itineraries but it is on a private tour basis. We chose the
Sultans and Saints itinerary with an extra two days in Istanbul on our own without guides at the end. We had three different guides for the trip-in Istanbul, Capadocia, and
Ephesus and related areas. All were very good. We arranged out own international flights but Credo arranged our intra-Turkey flights.

This reply won't give you tour companies but I can highly recomment the website called Turkey Travel Planner. He writes about "all things Turkey."

I've used his suggestions during two very successful trips to Turkey.
