My boyfriend and 2 older children with their significant others will be renting a home in Cortona. Would love to have suggestions on activities, restaurants, day trips, places to extend before or after and other helpful hints . Looking for a chef and driver as well. Would love all the help I can get

You don’t need to hire a driver for Tuscany unless you are staying far out of town and want to go out for dinners with wine. Driving there is easy. Have you found a villa to rent? Or are you staying in Cortona, up on the hill? There are wonderful day trips from Cortona in Tuscany as well as in nearby Umbria.Â
