Do you mean Kusadasi? We only passed through there on the way to the national park. Our base was Selçuk during our entire stay near the coast.

Michael, Thanks for the wonderful report & pictures. How did you like the location of Hotel Pacha? How far is it from Kayseri Airport? I wasn't planning on driving in Cappodocia, hoping we would hop on to some bus tour or anything that is not too structure.

The Hotel Pacha is as far from Kayseri as Ürgüp. We had a car and dropped it off the afternoon before our departure from Kayseri.

If you have a car, Mustafapasha's distance from the main Cappadocia sites is of no consequence.
