Trip Report: Amsterdam, West Germany, Paris

This is a bit late (we got back almost two years ago), but we got a lot of help from people on these forums, so we thought we'd post something anyway. We wrote up our trip report online for friends and family, and it's quite extensive.

Summary:
We flew from Denver to Amsterdam stopping in London and had four days in Amsterdam where we stayed in the Sunhead's "Singel Apartment". Then we rented a car and drove to Gemund, a small town in Germany. Using this as our base for a week we explored the Rhine & Mosel river valleys, Koln, Aachen, Luxembourg, and Trier. Finally we drove into Paris, and dropped off our car. We stayed at the Artus Hotel and had three days to explore Paris before flying back to Denver.

You can see a calendar with clickable days at:

I really liked your website and thanks for sharing your photos. Your wedding was really very beautiful - your dress looked like an antique? I love it.

Great trip report too. Thanks for sharing with us all.

Thanks.

The ceremony was in the foothills of the Rocky Mountains near Boulder, CO. We had our reception at the NCAR Mesa Lab in Boulder.

When we bought the wedding dress, the people at the store told me it was a vintage dress from Belgium.
