Trip Planning

Hi all

What does eveyone find to be the most difficult aspect of planning a trip to Europe?

For your first trip: knowing where to start.

For your nth trip: deciding how best to mix the new places you haven't been yet with the great places you love dreaming about, returning to see again.

I agree that the hardest part is determining how much you can reasonably see in the time you have. There is always a tendency to try to do more; consequently, you can run yourself into the ground to the point that you aren't really enjoying it much towards the end.
