Travel Card - National rail station location

If we're flying into Heathrow and staying close to South Kensington tube station. Where's the closest place to buy the Travelcard from the National Rail station?

It's the one marked "ticket counter" not "London Underground Ticket office"

okay another related question - are the London Attractions leaflets - which can generally be found at principal staffed National Rail stations - available at Victoria Station? These, I believe, are the printed version of the 2for1coupons available on the website
