travel agent query
From this board, I made my way to Fantasy Travel, who then got me to David at greeceflights. com. He has incredible prices on the Delta nonstop from JFK (like almost 50% off) and before I book, I just want to know if anyone has used this company before?
Thanks!
Thanks!

Stockler advertises? Advertises what? Last I looked, I was a 48 year old mother of two teen age girls...the only thing I could advertise would be Thoughts on Remaining Sane During Household Estrogen Dissarray.
Sheesh.

What??? Geese -I'm so glad I posted for the first time on this board today and got a response like that...nice...makes me feel really welcome. I'm not advertising anything you MORON. If you go further down you'll see I posted a question about the hotels that I will be staying in during my trip this September. I really am using Fantasy travel - Litsa is my travel agent - and she is planning my wedding in Santorini and honeymoon...and I have already received my airline tickets from greeceflights.com. I happen to think that both of these places have very good service and highly recommend them.

Why don't you check the rules first before you do the free advertising:

This is absurd!! You must have some sort of a problem as I really am using Fantasy Travel, as a matter of fact, they have just emailed me my final itineray..I don't know why you are trying to cause unnecessary problems on this forum...A question was asked, and we answered for goodness sake!! And furthermore...Fantasy Travel has been recommended time and time again on this forum...Would you please give up on your ridiculous accusations!

I don't care if they are advertising or not, my curiosity got the best of me and I was impressed with their packages.
Since I never would have found out about it if not for this board, then Fodor's did the trick. It offered me a possible service to do my European tours with. Thanks jstockler!

Thanks kaudrey! I guess we just lucked out in getting this paranoid, angry person butting into our conversation - not sure why they care so much....get a life! I read a lot of posts before signing up and most of the ones I read were recommending hotels, restaraunts, services - I'm not sure why francophile decided to attack US. Either way - I will enjoy my trip!!

I mentioned Fantasy Travel on here w/in last couple of weeks to people wanting to stay at Volcano View Villas on Santorini. We used them for a package trip (we had heard about them thru the concierge at our hotel in Athens)to Mykonos and Santorini and were very happy with their services.
They are also mentioned on Matt Barrett's website: www.greecetravel.com
Maybe I'm being naive but I see nothing wrong with this post.

Matt Barret's site is where I did a lot of my initial research on Greece - that is how I found Fantasy Travel and greeceflights.com. You're not being naive at all - I am a 25-year-old professional that lives in Connecticut (not Athens - where Fantasy Travel is located - I'm not even Greek!!) and this will be my first trip overseas. Can't wait!!
