Transportation To/From CDG

We are staying at the Hotel Eiffel Capitol at 9 Rue Viala in Paris. I've tried figuring out the public transportation information but ...alas I suck! I just need to know how to get from CDG to my hotel... Thanks for any help.

Hi H,

Go to www.ratp.fr.

They will tell you how to use the RER, metro and buses.

Ride the RER B to Gare du Nord.

Outside the northeast door, get on the N° 42 bus, and ride it to Dupleix.

Your hotel is just down the block, as shown here:

http://www.ratp.info/picts/plans/pdf...rs/dupleix.pdf

(Note: this map has to be rotated 90° counter-clockwise to put north at the top.)

Tke the RER train at CDG and go to St Michel Station. Form there you can switch to the RER line C to Tour Eiffel. You can then exit, see tower and wlk a few blocks..or from the RER transfer to the Bir Hakeim metro stop (Line 6) and go one stop to Dupleix. Your street ends at this Metro Station.

The 42 bus route is one of the best, with some great sights along the way.
