Transfers on Santorini - anyone use Rideways?

Heading to Greece next week and trying to find transport from Fira airport to Laokasti Villas in Oia, where we will be staying. Two adults, two kids. Booking.com has a "rideways" service that seems quite reasonable - $30 US for the transfer. Has anyone used them? Is there a better way to get from the airport to Oia?

We just grabbed a taxi. Any transport may or may not be able to take you directly to the door of your hotel given all the pedestrian streets in Oia. You can check this on your hotel website or by emailing them. $30 sounds very reasonable.

I remember I was pretty annoyed at being dropped at the bottom of some steep steps in Fira but turns out it was the closest the taxi could get to my hotel.

The going rate for a taxi from the airport to Oia is €25-30, so the price you were quoted is good. However, if you're not the only passengers on the shuttle you'll be making several stops before you get to Oia. Laokasti Villas is right on the main road entering Oia so a taxi can drop you off at the entrance.
