Transfer time between Basel stations

How much time is necessary to transfer from the station that arrives in Basel, Switzerland, to the station that leaves for France? I am trying to get from Frankfurt to Mulhouse, France

Travelnut is right. SBB/CFF & SNCF are under the same roof.

Also, they do passport checks on the train between the DB station and the SBB station, so there's no delay for that (at least coming into Switzerland).

To plan this trip just enter Frankfurt (or is it Frankfurt Airport?) and Mulhouse into www.bahn.de or www.sbb.ch travel planner. DONīT try to break it up - the system really does know the network and schedules better. Really.

Though the SNCF and SBB stations share the same train shed you do have to do thru Customs to get from one to the other - potentially a short delay

I believe Switzerland is joining the Schengen group this Jan (not sure) and may abolish this border as a result.
