What train station at Frankfurt Airport should we use?

My niece is arriving on Lufthansa flt 439 at 9:45 AM in Frankfurt. I don't know what terminal she will arrive in - she is looking for that answer now.
We are trying to arrange a train to Maastricht, NL. We're on the www.bahn.de site but can't tell which is the proper choice:
Frankfurt Main
Frankfurt Flughafen Fernbf
Frankfurt Flughafen Regionalbf
She wants a train with 0 or 1 changes if possible.
Thanks!

You want the Flughafen station, NOT Frankfurt Main. I am pretty certain that the Fernbf station is where you will arrive if you are coming from another town or depart if your are going to another town. The Regionalbf is the local metro/subway.

TexasAggie is correct--Fernbahnhof.
The first train after her arrival with fewer than 2 changes looks like the 12:17 PM arriving in Maastricht at 3:49 PM.
She could get to Maastricht an hour earlier if she caught the 11:09--but it would require 2 changes.
