Train Montreau to Andermatt in oct HELP

Advise need to find train from Montreau Switzerland to Andermatt Oct 12-Rio2 says there is one- but then says no. HELP thanks

Welcome to Fodors.

Not an expert on Swiss trains -- but AFAIK there is no direct train. One would need to connect someplace like Visp . . .

Do you mean Montreux?

I looked at TrainLine for travel on your date. The schedule is listed but apparently tickets are not yet available.

So if they are saying "no train available" The train does exist- just to early to buy a ticket? Thank you.

There's a train an hour, taking between 3:03 to 3:37.

Skip the third party website nonsense - go directly to the source, SBB. And there's absolutely no need to book in advance (unless you're trying to get a Super Saver Ticket, but I'd still not book this far out, as those fares, if available, are non-refundable).
