Train from Prague to Salzburg-construction works

Hi All

After some advise please. I would like to book a train from Prague to Salzburg on 9 Sept. On the OBB website it states -Due to construction work no local-trains can operate between Pregarten Bahnhof and Rybnik(CZ) from 21/08/2023 through 11/09/2023. No trains can stop in Summerau from 11/09/2023 through 17/09/2023. A rail replacement bus service is being arranged. - The train according to the website is a Eurocity 333. Is this train a "local" train and will it be affected by these changes or will it just continue through? I am just concerned about connections times for next train on to Salzburg. I have emailed OBB but as yet have not heard back.
Should anyone have any better ideas of transport options I would be most grateful.

Thank you

A Eurocity (EC) train is not a local train, and you don't care if you can't stop in Summerau....
You also don't need to book 4 months ahead...or if you even can yet.

As above. Just change from train to bus at the border.
There is no need to book the Linz - Salzburg train. Trains on this itinerary run about every 30 minutes.
