Tour guides in Prague and Warsaw
Does anyone have a favorite company/guide. We wanted to use Taste of Prague in Prague however they are away then. We would really like to include a cooking class in each city..

If you use www.google.cz for Prague you will see a plethora of tour guides.
Actually, in my research, I don't think their necessary.
Prague's must-see sites are in a compact area. a 24 hour pass on the entire transit system is about $2.75.
Tram #22 tram takes you up to the Prague Castle, who have their own tours. The main metro has stops in all the major areas to the right of the river.

In my personal experience, we find private guides well worth it. There are many things you cannot get from guide books and research and for us, the investment in a private guide has always been money well spent.
