I am booked at 2 superior hotels each with different flavors. Has anyone stayed at either the Kivotos Clubhouse or the Santa Marina in Mykonos? any advice?

We were also "torn" two years ago with the same hotels. We decided on the Santa Marina and were quite pleased with it. <BR>Excellent restaurant, nice buffet breakfast, good sea water swimming pool. However the beach is small and rocky. <BR>Our room was large (think we got an upgrade being a Sheraton Preferred Guest). <BR>Both hotels face each other on Ornos Bay. <BR>I am afraid I cannot comment the other place.

Hi Cara-my husband and I are also deciding between Kivotos and another two hotels (Mykonos Blu and Royal Mykonian)-our friends stayed at Kivotos and loved it-have you gotten any other information and have you heard of these other two places?

Last year we stayed at the Kivotos and we were a little disappointed. While the room was very nice, the place seemed a bit "stuffy". There was a swimming pool, expensive restaurant and a rocky beach, but it was too far to walk into town. We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Belvedere better, because it was close to town and made it easy to explore.

Message for Melissa : we also stayed two years ago at the Royal Myconian Ambassador and were disappointed since they forced us to stay the first night in a "blind" room. I think that overbooking is a regular procedure for this hotel in peak period... <BR>The Mykonos Blu hotel is located in the same area is direct on the sea.

Melissa; we decided to stay at both hotels as they are near each other. 93 nights , 3nights)Santa Marina looks like more of a resort and kivotos I heardfrom a friend that it was beautiful and classy.

Hi - anymore information on these? We're planning to stay in mykonos during our honeymoon for about 4 nights. The travel co. suggested Ambassador, but I'm not sure. Kivotso clubbhotel will be closed by the time we go - Oct 22.
