Toni & Guy or Vidal Sassoon for a Haircut in London?

Can anyone suggest which would be the best place to get a haircut and weave?
Thank you,
Donnae

Both of these are just franchises, with salons all over the UK, so they probably are no better or worse than anywhere else.

If by a weave you mean hair extensions, I understand that a lot of UK celebs go to Connect Hair Systems in NW3.

Never went to Tony & Guy..but have had a great haircut at the Sassoon School. And it is very inexpensive..the teachers watch the whole process, so no worries!

You cannot judge a great haircut or a good weave (especially) by the salon name alone. A specific artist recommendation is a MUST!

NYCFoodSnob - Very true Feleny Georghiou at CHS seems to be the person that everyone who's anyone is going to at the moment for extensions.

NYC - it's no big secret. It was all over the UK press when Victoria Beckham had her's done recently. She doesn't come cheap - I think Posh was supposed to have spent £1500 on 200 strands. However she only uses human hair, whereas, I understand that some less expensive places use horse hair!

None of my celebrity friends would ever want Yak or even synthetic. Human hair is the only way and cost is no object. Thanks again.

Zack at Michael John Salon. Do you mean color weave or hair weave?

Hi Everyone,
I want to get a color weave and my haircut. Based on Jody's response about Vidal Sassoon School I feel comfortable about going there.
I will write about my new hairdo in November .
Thank you all.

Calamari: Are you recommending Zack for a good haircut or just color and weaves? Thanks and how do you get in touch with him? Is he at Vidal?
