Toddler Friendly Amsterdam Apartment

Hello, my hubby, mum, myself and our 16mth old hyperactive toddler will be spending three nights in Amsterdam 20-23 July. I have been on all the usual amsterdam apartment booking websites. So many to choose from so I much prefer to ask fellow travellers for their personal inputs and recommendations on a nice apartment to stay that is toddler friendly, in a good location that we can walk everywhere to. Ideally it will have airconditioning, an outdoor patio and view of the canal !
Our max budget per night is 220 Euros.
Is the Jordaan the best place to be based ?
Many thanks for your feedback.
Cheers !

Here is a nice 2 BR apartment, toddler friendly, in a good location, you can walk everywhere, outdoor patio and view of the canal. In fact, it's right on the Herengracht Canal.

WOW this looks great ! However on the website it says min 5 nights stay though. Do u think it's worth trying to see if they will let us stay for just three nights ?

Not sure if you've already booked, but we were just in Amsterdam last week, and stayed in the coolest apartment imaginable. It's in the Jordaan, is 180 Euros a night (3-night minimum stay), is beautiful and spacious (about 900 square feet so plenty of space to toddle), is well-equipped, etc. Wonderful owners. It's not on a canal, but the Jordaan has the most beautiful very nearby and with all that space, who needs a patio?
