About half an hour from central London (longer if you take a boat to or from Greenwich). You spend as much or as little time as you like there, depending on how interested you are in the various exhibitions on display.

I’m assuming that a radio taxi is what we call a mini cab. Ie one that is prebooked over the phone.
If this is what you mean there are literally hundreds of firms in London offering this. Your hotel will have many numbers.
Make sure that the firm you use is licensed by the Public Carriage Office who run checks on both cars and drivers to make sure they’re safe.

Radio taxi in Italy means the taxi which can be called on phone and it comes to you within 5-10 minutes.
If we go by boat to Greenwich, which boat shoult I take and from where. How much will be involved?

DLR stands for Docklands Light Railway - it is just another frequent rail service that operates in the City/Docklands area. The journeyplanner on the TFL website will tell you how long it takes - whether you take it instead of the boat is really up to you.

We will go to Greenwich by DLR and come back by boat. The boat fare is between 3-5 pond from Greenwich to London Eye, as is understood from the link posted by Patricklon. Am I right?

Still awaiting reply on my query posted earlier.
