Hi kundslatch

It IS an interesting itinerary, and being students, I presume you are young and energetic. However,

1. Have you looked into the number of hours each journey on your itinerary will take? I point this out because the more intense the travel, the more your itinerary could start coming apart if something goes wrong
- e.g., an accident on the road or early winter storms in Poland could surface and put your bus schedule behind. I'm not saying these events will occur, just that you should be prepared to be flexible.

Tip: Google maps gives rail and road transportation times for various destinations and often gives local bus and subway/metro itineraries. Not ALL transportation alternatives are covered, but you will get an idea.

2. Will you have an ipod touch, phone, or something similar with you on the trip to help you do research at places which offer free Wifi? You will need local maps in each destination - come to think of it, you could and probably should print out maps of the tourist areas, NOW, of each place you will visit. You will need to know where your hostel is relative to the bus station, for example, and how to get there, at the time your bus arrives.

3. Good luck on your trip. Relaxing it won't be, but you are only young once!

Again how do you have all your buses booked - not questioning you but for my info - do you have some kind of pass - again I'd look into the Youth Inter-rail pass probably sold at your university study abroad office or at any large rail station I think.
