Three Choirs Festival, Worcester, England
Although I have long considered attending this event, I am only now considering going for the first time this July. I have studied the program and tentatively selected what presentations I would try to see. I have a number of questions that the brochure, naturally, does not address and on which I hope that some readers can give information. Is it too late---in early May---to plan to attend the Festival, from the standpoint of hotel reservations, event tickets, and other aspects? Is there a good way to plan one's daily schedule, considering that it appears impossible to go seamlessly from one concert to the next because of their location. How much walking is required and are there many steps in the venue? (I have respiratory problems.) Any insight or suggestions will be greatly appreciated. ZZ

I have not attended the event, but I visited Worcester cathedral last year. Provided you do not want to visit the crypt or the library there should be no steps to worry about. If you arrive in Worcester by train there are a lot of steps between the platform and the street, but there is an elevator.
I based in Worcester, visiting Gloucester and Hereford, and stayed at the Crown, which I recommend, but you can easily check the availability of accommodation on booking.com.
For my visit to the area start here (links at the top of the page):

There's only one way to see if there are tickets for your events: try to book.
None of us have the foggiest idea what you want to attend: so what on earth is the point of asking us?
Hotels? Sort of ditto. But Worcester's got good railway links to Birmingham, Oxford, Hereford, Bristol and a number of the Cotswolds' nicest microtowns. In most cases, the last train leaves comfortably after the last event.
Travelling between venues: Much of Worcester's walkable - but some of the other venues are dozens of miles away, and then again the website's clear about special transport. Abd we've got no bleeding idea what you want to travel between.
Get the full 6-character postcode for the two venues and plug them into any decent mapping site.
And before you start whining about being given a bullshit-free answer: it's unthinking and ill-mannered to ask such a half-arsed question, and if you haven't been told that by now I'm doing you the best favour you've had in your life.

thursdaysd: Your beautiful written description of Worcester and related details has sealed my decision to go to the Three Choirs Festival and I have made arrangements to do so, with additional travel to Iona. You have written many previous posts that I have benefitted from reading. ZZ
